Shipping policy

Most in-stock items are sent out within 2 - 4 days after purchase, with exceptions for weekends and holidays. Made to Order items will take anywhere from 5-10 business days to ship. They are sent via USPS First Class Mail and will receive a tracking number. To Canada items are shipped USPS International First Class.

I will automatically use the shipping address that you input at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct. I cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address. If you need to change the address, email me within 24 hours of the order – karen@lyonpondstudio.com – to let me know the correct address.

Presently, I ship within the United States and to Canada.

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
