Refund policy

We do our very best to create original & one-of-a kind pieces that you love! But we understand that we each have our own opinions & we want you to be completely satisfied.

Returns are accepted within 20 days of the purchase date -- if the item is still in its original condition and has not been damaged by buyer. It must be returned in its original packaging. I will refund only the cost of the item purchased, not any shipping charges. Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Custom orders are non-returnable.
Please understand that because of the time and supplies rendered to create these unique pieces, we cannot issue refunds. All custom jewelry sales are final.

I cannot be held responsible if incorrect information is input upon purchase. The address that you type in is where your package will be sent. Please double check this information.
