Refund/Exchange Policy

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date -- if the item is still in its original condition and has not been damaged by buyer. It must be returned in its original packaging. I will refund only the cost of the item purchased, not any shipping charges.

Custom orders are non-returnable.

I cannot be held responsible if incorrect information is input upon purchase. The address that you type in is where I'll send your package. Please double check this information. If you find you’ve given the wrong address, please email me within 24 hours of the order – karen@lyonpondstudio.com – to let me know the correct address.

Exchange Policy

To accommodate gift givers and receivers, exchanges are allowed within 30 days on items in their original condition and packaging, or by January 15th for holiday gifts. Buyer/ recipient is responsible for shipping costs

Shipping Policy

Most in-stock items are sent out within 1 - 3 days after purchase, with exceptions for weekends and holidays. Made to Order items will take anywhere from 4-10 days to ship. They are sent via USPS First Class Mail and will receive a tracking number.

I will automatically use the shipping address that you input at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct. I cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address. If you need to change the address, email me within 24 hours of the order – karen@lyonpondstudio.com – to let me know the correct address.

Presently, I only ship within the United States.

Repairs/Replacements

I will provide repairs on anything I have made. Anything purchased within the last 6 months, which has broken due to a flaw in the materials or construction, will be repaired and returned for free. Anything older than 6 months will also be repaired, but may be subject to a small fee to cover my time and materials.

I may not be able to repair or replace a stone, especially a fused glass stone, because each is one-of-a-kind.

Also, in rare circumstances of excessive wear and tear, or very long-term wear, a piece may not be able to be repaired.

I lost an earring. Can I order a single earring to replace it?

I’m happy to make an earring that matches for you at half the cost of the original pair of earrings. Due to the handmade nature of my work, I will need you to send me the remaining earring in order to make as exact a match as possible. Please email me at karen@lyonpondstudio.com to make arrangements.
