Silver ring with a sparkling silver/blue stone is a fun, contemporary addition to anyone's collection. Can be worn individually or stacked with a few thin band rings.
The freeform rectangular silvery glass cabochon sparkles from within because of the dichroic glass that reflects light.
This stone really sparkles silver, blue and sometimes a little red.
It was made from a hand-cut stack of clear and dichroic glass that I fired in my kiln.
The stone is surrounded and backed with sterling silver and soldered onto a 5/16" wide hammered sterling silver band. The stone extends about 1/4" above the ring and is approximately 3/4" long and 1/2" wide.
All the silver was hand-sawn, hammered, filed, soldered, etc. at Lyon Pond Studio.
Ring size is 8 at present but it could be sized up to 8 1/4 if needed. Email me if you need it to be size 8 1/4.
