Silver ring with a wide band and a shimmering red dichroic glass stone is a one-of-a-kind contemporary addition to your collection. It makes a statement.
The rectangular shaped glass stone sparkles from within because of the dichroic glass that reflects light. Look close up to see the crinkly texture in this stone.
It was made from a hand-cut stack of clear and dichroic glass that I fired in my kiln.
The stone with its surrounding silver extends about 1/4" above the ring and is approximately 5/8" wide and 13/16" long.
That is soldered onto a 1/2" wide sterling silver band made from 18 gauge sterling silver.
The band is 1/2" wide and has a texture from reticulation.
All the silver was hand-sawn, hammered, filed, soldered, etc. by me in my studio. I also did the reticulation on the band by adding silver dust and fusing it onto the band.
Ring size is a size 9.
