Silver ring with a shimmering multicolored, mostly purple, dichroic glass stone is a unique contemporary addition to your collection. It makes a statement.
The freeform oval shaped dichroic glass stone sparkles from within because of the dichroic glass that reflects light. So many colors -purples, greens, gold, lavender, blue, yellow and pink. Look close up to see the various layers and the texture on this stone.
It was made from a hand-cut stack of clear and dichroic glass that was fired at Lyon Pond Studio.
The stone is surrounded with twisted silver wire and 2 balls of recycled silver. It is also backed with sterling silver and soldered onto a 3/8" wide sterling silver band made from 18g sterling silver. The stone with its surrounding silver extends about 1/4" above the ring and is approximately 1" wide and 1 1/4" long.
All the silver was hand-sawn, hammered, filed, and soldered.
Ring size is 7 3/4 but could be sized up to 8 if needed. Make that choice when ordering.
