This minimal necklace has links that have been made from sterling silver and hand-shaped. This necklace is light and very comfortable to wear, yet sturdy.
It fastens securely with a handmade 'S" hook. The hook opens from either side so the chain can be evenly adjusted shorter if desired.
The larger links are about 1 1/4" by 1 1/8" wide and long and the small connector links are nearly 1/2" square. The smaller links at the back are also about 1/2".
The total length of the necklace is 26 3/8". It can be adjusted shorter by putting either side of the clasp into different rings to keep the necklace even.
Made in Lyon Pond Studio from 16 gauge sterling silver wire. Each of the links was formed individually by measuring, cutting, filing, soldering and hammering.
